Seastone is live

I left my job as Head of Software Engineering at STIM in June to run my own business. Four months later, work has a home.

This site is somewhere I can be specific about my work: what I offer, and how I help organizations get better at building software. For a primer on me, the About page has you covered.

To follow along, subscribe to What Stuck. Once a month I send something I studied, a tool that earned its place, and a book worth your time. The rest is where I think the industry is heading, and what I’d focus on if I were you.

One offer is open today: AI at Work — a half-day workshop in person, then three weeks of continuous lessons to help you apply it to your own work. It’s for people who want AI to actually help with the thinking, doing, and deciding they do all day.

I’d love to talk about what your organization is wrestling with, too. Send me a note or connect with me on LinkedIn, and let’s take it from there.
